It is the clients resposibility to organise parking, when needed. Where possible the artist will find free parking however any necessary parking fee's are to be paid by the client.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time when booking with Inspired Artistry. This payment will be included on the invoice and the amount will be deducted from the total owing. Deposits are to be made by direct debit  and within 7 business days of the date of invoice.

In the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. You will need to notify Inspired Artistry of your intention to cancel as soon as possible so they are able to fill the date. If Inspired Artistry is notified less then 5 business days from the date of the event, 50% of the total amount will be retained for group bookings over 3 people.

In the event of decreasing numbers to a group booking, prices are subject to change.

If it is necessary for Inspired Artistry to cancel a booking, a full refund will be given of all payments.

An invoice will be sent out to you stating the total amount due. All payments are to be made in full by direct debit to Inspired Artistry at least 5 business days before the event. Cash payments and payment plans are available upon request at the time of the initial booking.

The client agrees to notify the artist of any known allergies they or their wedding party has to any cosmetics or chemicals. Should a reaction occur, whether it need medial treatment or not, it is agreed that the artist is not legally liable or responsible for injury and/or ailment of any kind.

Any additional fees are the responsibility of the client eg. ferry, air fares, accommodation etc. If the client requests the artist to stay on after the hair and makeup is complete for touch ups, these fees will be calculated on an hourly bases and will be invoiced to the client after the event. This is to be paid within 3 business days from the event by direct debit.

Inspired Artistry is used to working in all kinds of locations, however there are a few things required to make things run smoothly and at a high standard.

~   Adequate natural light for makeup application.

~   Access to a power point (extension lead and power board will be provided by the artist)

~  Chairs for the client (a low one for hair styling and a high one for makeup if possible)

~  A table for products/hair tools.

Inspired Artistry highly recommends a trial, especially for weddings, as it allows you the time to go over your ideas with us to ensure you are 100% satisfied on the day of the event. Trials are to be paid for by direct debit up to 3 business days before or in cash on the day. Inspired Artistry is usually fully booked on the weekends, therefore we prefer trials to be booked during to week. Some special circumstances will allow for weekend trials, depending on availability.

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.

There is no travel fees for clients within the Gold Coast. However, if travel outside the 20km radius is required then the fees will be calculated based on the time taken to travel from the Gold Coast to the location. Travel fees will be shown on the clients invoice.
